The Global Engagement Manager supports The Community Solution Education System’s mission of preparing innovative, engaged, purposeful agents of change who serve our global community. Responsibilities include coordination, promotion and facilitation of international recruitment strategies to drive international student enrollment across system colleges and universities. Duties include managing the full enrollment funnel for prospective international students, working with recruitment agents, collaborating with marketing teams, delivering market insights and forecasts, supporting global partnerships, ensuring CRM reporting accuracy, and serving as liaison to international student organizations. The role focuses on priority regions with frequent national and international travel.
