Joining the Study Abroad team at the University of Brighton is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an optimal experience for incoming Study Abroad students. The Study Abroad Office at the University of Brighton offers customized programs for students who wish to study abroad. Reporting to the Study Abroad Office Manager, this role encompasses the entire process from application to departure for various study abroad programs. This includes program implementation, development, and support for the study abroad team. As part of the wider International Team at the University of Brighton, you will work in a supportive environment that promotes sharing of insights and resources across the Study Abroad and Recruitment/Marketing disciplines. Despite recent growth, the International Team remains small, welcoming, and mutually supportive, with a focus on working efficiently and effectively to achieve the university’s international goals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of outbound visits and off-site activities for the study abroad program. You will also handle various aspects of the process, such as visa regulations, international qualifications, financial recording, timetable management, and supervision of students during off-site field trips.
