University Of The Arts London

The University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a full-time Student Recruitment Officer to join our Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (SMRA) department. In this role, you will support UAL’s international student recruitment strategy, working under the guidance of the Student Recruitment Manager to meet recruitment targets from priority international markets. Responsibilities include managing and executing international recruitment activities, particularly focusing on online recruitment for prospective international students. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing and recruitment plans, manage relationships with overseas agents and feeder schools, raise UAL brand awareness, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the development of recruitment materials. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification and a successful track record in student recruitment in higher education, with experience in online and virtual platforms. Relationship management experience with agents and feeder institutions is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. The candidate should be collaborative, target-driven, and a flexible team player. Travel within the UK, EU, and internationally may be required, and a Disclosure and Barring Service Check is mandatory.
