The available positions are Senior Partnerships Officer (Partnerships and Mobility) and Senior Partnerships Officer – (Partnerships and TNE), and the roles involve supporting the growth of student mobility, developing international partnerships, and executing key international initiatives and projects. This includes involvement in the Turing Scheme and other relevant funding schemes, International Summer School, international recruitment through partnership arrangements, and the University’s transnational ambitions. Main responsibilities for this role: Contribute to achieving University international targets. Review and monitor existing partnerships to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Build and strengthen relationships with institutions, including Transnational Partners. Create and implement comprehensive partnership plans for designated regions. Conduct market analysis and identify potential partner institutions. Maintain effective customer relationship management for prospective and current international partners. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure new partnership opportunities meet quality requirements and regulations. Manage and coordinate visits from academic and senior management members, government representatives, and international stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and databases. Support the delivery of International Summer School, Turing Scheme, and Study Abroad activities. Create promotional materials for market areas. Requirements for the role: Degree or equivalent. Previous experience and knowledge of international partnerships in higher education. Experience working in an international office at a university or similar educational institution is desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience negotiating international partnership arrangements. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. Ability to drive forward new developments and implement procedures. Effective cross-cultural communication. Understanding and sensitivity to cultural issues in international liaison work. Willingness to travel and work independently overseas. Ability to work successfully in a team.
