KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support to students. – Support students throughout the student journey. – Ensure students receive a positive and engaging experience. – Work effectively in a fast-paced, student-focused environment. – Manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. – Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment. REQUIREMENTS – Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for supporting students. – Previous experience in Student Services, Admissions, or a related student administration role. – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Professional presentation and a positive, approachable attitude. – Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. – Experience within the higher education sector in a similar role. – Permanent residency in Australia.
