OVERVIEW Wesley College Melbourne is seeking an experienced Admissions Associate for a full-time, ongoing position based at the Glen Waverley campus. The role focuses on supporting prospective families throughout the admissions and enrolment process while delivering a welcoming and professional experience. Established in 1866, Wesley College is a co-educational independent school with multiple campus locations across Melbourne and an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12. The Admissions Associate will work collaboratively across the college community to manage admissions activity and support family engagement throughout the year. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Cultivate and manage prospective family relationships from initial enquiry through to student commencement – Deliver a consistently high-quality and welcoming customer experience – Oversee the full enrolment lifecycle – Build strong and collaborative relationships across the college – Maintain accurate enrolment data and records – Support on-campus visits, tours, and admissions events – Assist with admissions-related engagement activities at the Glen Waverley campus REQUIREMENTS – Experience in an admissions-related role – Ability to manage prospective family relationships professionally – Capability to maintain accurate enrolment data and records – Ability to support campus visits, tours, and admissions events – Commitment to collaborative working relationships across the college – Compliance with the School’s Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct – Willingness to undergo police and background checks WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Admissions professionals play an important role in shaping the experience families have with a college from their first enquiry through to student commencement.
