OVERVIEW The Student Engagement Advisor role at ACAP University College in Sydney focuses on supporting students throughout their academic journey by providing timely, accurate advice and responsive services. Working within a dedicated Student Engagement team, this position collaborates closely with academic and specialist staff to help students navigate their studies and remain engaged. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Respond to student enquiries across various service channels. – Proactively engage with students through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. – Complete administrative tasks and data entry with a high level of accuracy. – Assist students with re-enrolments and provide advice on course sequencing. – Liaise with academic and specialist colleagues to ensure students receive appropriate support. – Apply institutional policies and procedures to deliver accurate and timely advice. REQUIREMENTS – Demonstrated student-first approach and commitment to exceptional customer service. – Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. – Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative activities. – Demonstrated computer literacy, including advanced use of the MS Office suite and ideally student records software. – Ability to work effectively as part of a team while remaining flexible and adaptable. – Experience in a tertiary education environment is desirable but not essential if other criteria are met.
