OVERVIEW The Team Lead, Exams and Results Central is a full-time, continuing leadership role within the Student Experience and Success Portfolio at the University of Adelaide, based in Adelaide, South Australia. This position focuses on leading a high-performing team responsible for the effective administration of exams and results, ensuring a consistent, student-centred experience. It is well suited to professionals who enjoy collaboration, operational complexity, and contributing to positive outcomes for students and staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead, supervise and coordinate the Exams and Results team to deliver consistent, student-centred services and outcomes. – Oversee the planning, scheduling and delivery of all exams and results processes. – Manage the preparation of exam timetables and allocation of exam venues. – Oversee the management and coordination of the invigilator workforce. – Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of exams and results activities. – Monitor quality, data integrity and reporting to support outcomes and working group focus areas. – Work closely with Academic and Professional staff, external vendors, exam venues, committees and working groups. REQUIREMENTS – Experience leading and developing a high-performing team in a customer service administration environment. – Experience coordinating complex exams and results processes, including event management, compliance and data integrity, particularly in an exams and results context. – Experience implementing process improvements and managing change. – Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. – Experience in analytical problem-solving and communication.
