OVERVIEW Australian Catholic University is seeking a Data Analyst, Student Care and Success for a full-time fixed-term role based in Melbourne or North Sydney with hybrid flexibility. The position supports the university’s student success, retention, progression, and completion objectives, with a focus on equity student cohorts supported through Needs Based Funding. This role provides specialist analytical, reporting, and data systems capability to enable coordinated and data-informed student support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide analytical, reporting, and data systems capability to support student success initiatives. – Support ACU’s student success, retention, progression, and completion objectives. – Focus on equity student cohorts supported through Needs Based Funding. – Develop and maintain student success data infrastructure. – Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards. – Create and maintain analytical tools and data integration processes. – Enable a coordinated, data-informed approach to student support and case management. – Contribute to the evaluation of student success initiatives. – Develop and apply metrics, benchmarks, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies.
