OVERVIEW Alphacrucis University College is seeking a Future Student Advisor based in Parramatta, Sydney NSW. This role sits within the Marketing and Future Students team and focuses on supporting prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The position is suited to professionals who enjoy relationship-building, student engagement, customer service, and working in a target-driven environment while supporting the Christian mission and values of the institution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Build strong relationships with prospective students through phone, video meetings, email, and face-to-face interactions. – Provide accurate and personalised course advice and guide students through the admissions journey. – Meet and exceed student recruitment and conversion targets. – Proactively contact enquiries and applicants through outbound calling campaigns. – Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. – Maintain accurate records and manage prospective student pipelines using the CRM. – Represent Alphacrucis at expos, open days, webinars, school visits, and recruitment events. – Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve campaigns, student communications, and recruitment initiatives. – Deliver strong customer service while maintaining compliance with university policies and processes. – Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Future Students team. – Participate in occasional weekend work, travel, and overnight stays for recruitment events. REQUIREMENTS – 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, student recruitment, telesales, or a similar target-driven environment. – Strong communication and relationship-building skills. – Confidence in making outbound calls and managing conversations with prospective students. – Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions. – Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. – Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. – Collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team. – Experience in higher education or vocational education is desirable. – Knowledge of the Australian Higher Education or Vocational Education and Training sectors is desirable. – Experience working with international students is desirable. – Qualifications or knowledge in Christian Studies, Business, Teaching, or Counselling are desirable. – Familiarity with Alphacrucis courses and programs is desirable. – Willingness to support the Christian mission, values, and ethos of Alphacrucis University College.
