We are seeking a Career Educator to join Learning and Teaching Unit, Education Portfolio, Academic Division. The primary purpose of the Career Educator is to provide timely and targeted services and strategies to support the career development and employability of all students and enable students’ connection with industry. The Career Educator will work in partnership with the SSTA Strategic Leads and Managers, STEM Educators, Language and Learning Educators, and other Career Educators from across the faculties to contribute to the work of SSTA strategic priorities including: • Student partnership and peer programs. • Industry engagement, professional identity development, and work integrated learning (WIL) support. • Curriculum planning and resource development. • Student Success and Retention. • Learner Experience and Evaluation. • University-wide initiatives such as Orientation.
