OVERVIEW The Campus Administrator – Middle and Senior Years is a full-time, permanent role supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of a secondary school campus at Trinity Lutheran College on the Gold Coast. This position is central to ensuring smooth coordination across academic administration, timetabling, student data, and operational scheduling. Working closely with campus leadership, the role requires strong organisational capability and confidence with data-driven systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Coordinate the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the Middle and Senior Years Campus, supporting campus activities, communications, and scheduling – Support daily organisation including staff absences, relief coordination, timetable adjustments, and operational staffing processes – Assist with timetabling, academic administration, and reporting processes, including examinations, assessment schedules, student achievement data, and compliance-related requirements – Maintain accurate student, timetable, and academic data across College systems – Generate reports and support data integrity, compliance, and operational reporting requirements – Work closely with the Head of Academic Staffing and the broader campus leadership team to support effective campus operations REQUIREMENTS – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities – Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail – Confidence working with data, administrative processes, and digital systems – Strong ICT capability, including experience with databases, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications – Knowledge of or experience with school-based systems such as Timetabler, Daily Organiser, Synergetic, and Schoolbox (highly regarded) – Eligibility to hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – Willingness to embody and support the values and beliefs of a Lutheran school community WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Effective campus administration is essential to the smooth functioning of teaching and learning environments, particularly in complex middle and senior school settings.
