OVERVIEW The National Course Advisor role at ACAP University College, part of Navitas, focuses on guiding prospective domestic students toward informed education choices. Based in Sydney, this position combines relationship-building, advisory support, and enrolment management within a purpose-driven higher education environment. The role is designed for professionals who are motivated by helping students navigate study options and take confident steps toward their future. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Develop strong relationships with prospective students and guide them through the enrolment process while meeting service and enrolment targets. – Nurture prospective student pipelines and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. – Provide comprehensive course, career, and industry information to support informed student decision-making. – Address student enquiries and concerns efficiently in line with Service Level Agreements. – Prepare performance reports and contribute ideas to improve enrolments and support business success. – Maintain accurate, real-time information within CRM systems. – Handle feedback professionally and ensure timely and effective resolution of queries. REQUIREMENTS – Proven experience meeting KPIs and sales targets, ideally within the education sector. – Familiarity with sales and service systems such as Salesforce CRM. – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships. – Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment. – Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also operating independently when required. – Strong organisational skills, including prioritising tasks and managing stakeholder expectations. – Willingness to adapt to changing systems, processes, and responsibilities.
