OVERVIEW The Higher Education Outreach Representative role at Ambright focuses on expanding awareness and adoption of the Aptitude Scholastic Test (AST) across Asia-Pacific, including Australia and New Zealand. Based in Australia and working remotely, this full-time position combines strategic outreach, partnership development, and market engagement within the international higher education sector. The role works closely with senior leadership to support Ambright’s broader mission in international education. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Develop and execute strategic plans to promote the AST in target countries across the Asia-Pacific region. – Establish and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and educational organisations to encourage adoption of the AST. – Organise and represent Ambright at international conferences, webinars, and educational fairs. – Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and resources tailored to Asia-Pacific audiences. – Monitor market trends and collect stakeholder feedback to support ongoing improvement of AST outreach strategies. – Report on outreach activities, partnerships, and performance metrics to senior management. REQUIREMENTS – Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Education, Marketing, or a related field. – Master’s degree preferred. – Minimum of three years of experience in international education, outreach, or partnership development. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. – Proficiency in Mandarin considered an asset. – Strong organisational and project management abilities. – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. – Willingness to travel internationally as required.
