About the opportunity: We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking professional to lead the optimisation, governance and performance of the University’s admissions systems. This role ensures systems and workflows are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with strategic recruitment goals across domestic and international cohorts. As the subject matter expert for key platforms (including StudyLink and Callista), you will drive workflow optimisation, automation and continuous improvement. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, you will ensure system enhancements support data integrity, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and high-quality admissions decision-making in a complex higher education environment. About you: You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions while driving collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement across systems and processes. You bring: Demonstrated experience in admissions systems, business analysis or solution design in higher education or a similarly complex regulatory environment. A strong understanding of higher education policy, legislative and regulatory frameworks impacting admissions and compliance. Proven experience leading systems optimisation, workflow design, and process improvement initiatives. Experience working with enterprise systems and large, complex datasets to inform decision making and performance outcomes.
