A busy Sydney English language school is seeking a motivated and organised Junior Program Coordinator to support our international junior program during the 2026 peak season. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or recent graduate studying Education, Communications, or a related field who enjoys working with young people in a multicultural environment. Full-time fixed-term position 15 June – 21 August 2026 Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Location: Sydney CBD We welcome students aged 12-17 from around the world to study English in the mornings and take part in great activities around Sydney in the afternoons. The Junior Program Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring our international junior students have a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience both inside and outside the classroom. The role involves coordinating communication, supporting student welfare, assisting with activities, and liaising with both academic and administration teams. You are friendly, reliable, proactive, flexible and confident. You enjoy communicating and feel comfortable talking to people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating a positive experience for young international students. You may have travelled overseas independently yourself and/or studied other languages.
