We are seeking an energetic, highly relational, and purpose-driven Program Manager to join our team and help deliver transformative educational opportunities for academically high-ability students navigating social and economic adversity across Victoria. This is a dynamic and deeply rewarding role suited to someone who is equally comfortable supporting students through complex challenges, coordinating large-scale program delivery, building partnerships, and improving systems behind the scenes. The successful applicant will bring a strong understanding of education, youth engagement, and student wellbeing, alongside the organisational capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced not-for-profit environment. We’re looking for someone who: Builds genuine, supportive relationships with young people, schools, families, and partners Approaches their work through a culturally responsive, strengths-based, and trauma-informed lens Has experience working with students and families from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities Understands the educational barriers faced by students experiencing disadvantage and can support pathways into tertiary education and careers Is highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder relationships Brings strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills Is confident coordinating programs, events, student engagement initiatives, and partnership activities Understands the importance of balancing relational work with strong operational systems and accountability Has experience using CRM/database systems to manage engagement, communication, reporting, and continuous improvement processes Has experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms, including maintaining accurate records, workflows, reporting, and stakeholder communication Is confident in leveraging digital tools and platforms to improve efficiency, communication, and program delivery Thrives in collaborative environments and contributes positively to team culture In this role, you will: Support the delivery and continuous improvement of Skyline’s Education Program Coordinate student engagement, communications, well-being follow-up, and program experiences Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, companion teachers, families, universities, and external partners Assist in the delivery of camps, masterclasses, workshops, mentoring opportunities, and transition supports Support the development and optimisation of systems, including CRM, LMS, and project management processes Track student engagement and program outcomes through effective documentation, reporting, and evaluation Collaborate with the broader team to strengthen program impact, innovation, and advocacy Contribute to a culture grounded in respect, accountability, collaboration, leadership, and community Desired experience and qualifications: Experience in education, youth programs, student wellbeing, community development, or related fields Knowledge of VCE, university pathways, scholarships, and/or gifted and high ability education highly regarded Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership management Strong digital capability, including experience with CRM systems Current Working with Children Check/VIT, Police Check, and Victorian Driver’s Licence Relevant tertiary qualifications We’re looking for someone who is optimistic, adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely motivated by impact.
