OVERVIEW This part-time Operations Team Member role at AEAS is a hands-on administrative and coordination position within an established international education testing organisation. Based on site in South Melbourne for three days per week, the role supports the delivery of AEAS testing services across Australia and internationally. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Team, the position plays a central role in ensuring testing operations, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication run smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Contribute to the day-to-day delivery of AEAS testing services – Coordinate test registrations, test scheduling, and operational workflows – Oversee testing processes to ensure consistency and accuracy – Maintain effective communication with Test Administrators and Test Venues in Australia and internationally – Support the review of finalised student assessment reports – Distribute student assessment reports to parents, education agents, and schools – Manage student information and school year level data with a high degree of accuracy – Support operational tasks within a busy, fast-paced environment REQUIREMENTS – Exceptional attention to detail, with accuracy in data entry and student records as a non-negotiable requirement – English as a first language, or equivalent professional-level English language skills – At least five years of relevant work experience in an administrative, operational, or similar role – A relevant tertiary qualification – Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Demonstrated experience managing data entry and records in databases or business systems with a high degree of accuracy – Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS AEAS testing services support international students seeking entry to Australian, New Zealand, and English-medium international schools, making operational accuracy essential.
