Education Reviewer Location: PARRAMATTA, NSW Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per annum plus superannuation (depending on qualifications and experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Education Reviewer to join Signature Training College team. This position is responsible for evaluating educational programs, reviewing teaching practices, assessing curriculum effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement across educational institutions. The successful candidate will work closely with RTO Manager, Trainers and Assessors, and educational stakeholders to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and educational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Consult with Trainers and Assessors, RTO Manager and educational administrators to coordinate educational programs and provide professional advice. Research and evaluate developments in education, curriculum design, teaching methodologies and educational systems. Participate in committees to identify current and future educational needs and contribute to the planning, development and review of educational programs and facilities. Develop, document, review and evaluate curriculum subjects, courses and educational resources. Organise and deliver professional development workshops, training sessions and conferences for teaching staff. Apply knowledge of learning processes and school structures to develop operational, educational and training programs. Conduct school reviews by visiting educational institutions, observing classroom teaching practices, evaluating student engagement, learning outcomes and teaching effectiveness. Review school programs, academic records and teacher performance in consultation with school leadership teams. Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations on educational quality, curriculum effectiveness and school performance. Provide recommendations to educational authorities and stakeholders on improvements to educational facilities, resources, staffing and teaching standards. Monitor compliance with educational policies, curriculum standards and quality assurance frameworks. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum Studies, Teaching, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of two years’ relevant professional experience in education, curriculum development, school review, educational leadership, quality assurance, or a related field. Strong understanding of educational frameworks, curriculum standards, and teaching methodologies. Excellent analytical, evaluation, and report-writing skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
