OVERVIEW Greenwich English College is seeking a Student Services Officer for its Melbourne campus. The role focuses on delivering high-quality support to international students while working closely with admissions, academic, and marketing teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide frontline support to students and respond to enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care – Deliver high-quality customer service across student interactions – Collaborate with admissions, academic, and marketing teams to support smooth student experiences – Foster a service-focused and solution-oriented approach within the team – Handle student concerns with empathy and cultural sensitivity – Develop knowledge of the student lifecycle and administration processes – Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support student satisfaction REQUIREMENTS – Experience in client services, ideally within international education – Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills – Strong organisational skills and attention to detail – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment – Confidence using digital tools or willingness to learn new systems – Curious mindset with an interest in improving processes – Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when working with students – Passion for learning and interest in building a career in education WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Student services professionals play an important role in supporting international students throughout their education journey.
