OVERVIEW Navitas Pty Limited is seeking an International Course Advisor to support international student recruitment across Australia within its Careers & Industry Division. This phone-based role focuses on guiding international students through the education and international admissions process by providing course information, answering questions, and supporting enrolment decisions. The position works closely with recruitment, admissions, and student support teams to deliver a student-focused experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Engage with international students through phone, email, and web platforms to support their education decision-making process – Provide accurate information about programs, entry requirements, visa implications, and support services – Manage prospective student pipelines using CRM systems and progress leads through the enrolment process – Ensure all communication and actions align with international student regulations and international admissions policies – Maintain accurate and timely records using Salesforce and internal systems – Collaborate with International Admissions, Recruitment Managers, and campus support teams to achieve enrolment targets – Support a seamless student experience from initial enquiry through enrolment REQUIREMENTS – Experience in sales or customer service environments – Background in international education, outbound call centres, or high-volume enquiry handling preferred – Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner – Ability to build trust and rapport with international students – Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms – Understanding of the international student journey and ability to support students from diverse backgrounds – Positive attitude and attention to detail – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment – Goal-oriented and student-focused approach WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International education relies on clear communication, accurate information, and strong student support throughout the admissions journey.
