Job Description Permanent, Full Time & Hybrid Working The Course Adviser is responsible for contacting course enquirers, other potential students and graduates to discuss course options and enrolment procedures to maximise enrolments, establishing and maintaining positive relationships to encourage enrolment. Key Responsibilities Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment. Guide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes. Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations. Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills. Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations. Qualifications Key Skills and Experience Results-driven mindset with the ability to set clear goals, track progress, and deliver outcomes. Sales capability and a demonstrated drive to achieve targets and convert enquiries into enrolments. Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate records. Excellent communication skills including confident interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills to engage prospective students to generate and convert leads Proactive and resilient approach, demonstrating, initiative, and problem-solving to meet goals. Background in a customer-facing, advisory, or sales role (preferred but not essential). WWCC employee or willingness to obtain Additional Information Why Join Endeavour?
