About the role Join the dynamic international education team at Sydney Polytechnic Institute as our new Campus Manager – International Programs. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of our international student experience across our Sydney-based campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key strategic role in driving the growth and success of our international programs. The Campus Manager – International Programs will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the institution’s transnational education (TNE) initiatives, offshore education partnerships, and international program delivery activities. The role will oversee the coordination of cross-functional academic, operational, student engagement, recruitment, and partnership functions associated with international campus initiatives and collaborative education projects. The position will also support institutional growth through stakeholder engagement, market expansion strategies, education partnership development, and operational leadership across international education activities. The role is positioned as a senior management function reporting directly to the CEO due to its cross-divisional responsibilities and strategic importance to the institution’s international education expansion plans. What you’ll be doing Strategic & Operational Management Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and operational management of international campus initiatives and transnational education (TNE) programs; Develop and implement operational frameworks to support offshore education delivery and international partnership projects; Coordinate cross-functional institutional activities relating to international program operations, student engagement, and academic support services; Monitor operational performance, enrolment trends, partnership outcomes, and program effectiveness to support continuous improvement initiatives; Provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding international education growth opportunities, offshore delivery models, and institutional expansion initiatives; Contribute to institutional planning associated with international education strategy, market positioning, and long-term partnership development. International Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Manage institutional relationships with overseas universities, schools, education providers, government agencies, and strategic education partners; Coordinate communication and collaboration activities between domestic and offshore stakeholders to support effective international program delivery; Support the negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of international collaboration and articulation arrangements; Represent the institution in meetings, partnership discussions, education events, and stakeholder engagement activities relating to international education initiatives; Facilitate cross-border coordination relating to offshore education delivery, student support frameworks, and institutional cooperation activities. Education Program Coordination Coordinate the implementation and localisation of international education programs to align with institutional objectives and regional operational requirements; Work collaboratively with academic leadership teams to support the effective delivery of international education initiatives and offshore programs; Support the coordination of academic and operational resources associated with offshore education delivery activities; Oversee student engagement initiatives, program support activities, and operational coordination relating to international students and offshore education projects; Monitor program delivery standards and operational outcomes associated with international education initiatives. Market Development & Growth Initiatives Conduct market analysis and education sector research to identify international development opportunities and partnership potential; Support the development and execution of international enrolment growth strategies and institutional expansion initiatives; Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to support international student engagement and offshore market development activities; Analyse market trends, education sector developments, and stakeholder feedback to support institutional
