OVERVIEW EIC Education is seeking full-time Chinese Speaking Education Counsellors for offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. The organisation provides education and migration services for international students, including study consultation, application assistance, and ongoing student support. This role involves guiding students through education pathways, managing application processes, and supporting communication with education providers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide professional education counselling and study plan advice to international students. – Assist students with preparing application documents and liaise with education providers. – Manage student application processes, enrolments, and visa-related support. – Deliver after-sales support to help students transition successfully. – Stay informed about industry trends and attend training sessions with education partners. – Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service and sales performance. – Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events as required. REQUIREMENTS – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. – Problem-solving and negotiation skills. – Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. – Fluency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. – Prior experience in education consulting or counselling is preferred. – Australian bachelor’s or master’s study experience is advantageous. – Valid Australian work rights, such as a 485 visa or permanent residency.
