OVERVIEW The Senior Enrolments and Student Progression Officer plays a key role in supporting student success from enrolment through to graduation at the University of Notre Dame Australia. Based at the Fremantle campus, this part-time continuing position provides specialist advice and operational support across enrolment and academic progression processes. Working within Student Administration, the role contributes to a personalised, compliant, and student-centred experience across the academic lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide accurate enrolment advice to students and staff using expert knowledge of university programs, policies, and procedures. – Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including admissions, to support enrolment processes. – Process retroactive withdrawals in line with university requirements. – Maintain accurate student records in student management systems, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and efficient processing of student administration related applications. – Exercise sound judgement in resolving student cases and stay current with relevant policies and procedures. – Contribute to process improvements and support administrative tasks, including front counter and team support as required. – Communicate with internal stakeholders on Student Administration related functions and provide advice related to areas of expertise particularly enrolment, Advanced Standing and Retroactive Withdrawals (Remissions). REQUIREMENTS – Completion of an undergraduate qualification and or relevant work experience in a higher education work environment. – Demonstrated experience in academic award for enrolment and progression and legislative environment (HESA, ESOS and CRISCO). – Ability to collaborate and work with teams to achieve core objectives. – Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work in teams to achieve project outcomes. – Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills in managing high numbers of enquiries, utilising problem-solving skills to provide information and advice. – Proven ability to work independently and with others in a busy fast-paced team, with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
