OVERVIEW The Enrolments Officer role at Journey Early Learning is a full-time, hybrid position supporting families at the start of their early learning journey. Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW or the Brisbane Support Office, this role serves as the first point of contact for families enquiring about enrolment across multiple centres. It combines customer service, coordination, and administrative responsibilities to support positive family experiences and centre occupancy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Respond to family enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms – Build authentic connections with families and understand their needs – Book and coordinate centre tours across VIC, QLD, and NT – Prepare centres for successful tours and ensure a seamless tour experience – Follow up with families after tours to support enrolment decisions – Manage enrolment documentation and maintain accurate records – Partner with centre teams to support occupancy and waitlist management – Contribute to continuous improvement of enrolment processes and the family experience REQUIREMENTS – Experience in customer service, enrolments, sales support, or administration – Strong communication skills with confidence across phone and digital channels – Ability to build trust and influence with warmth and professionalism – Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail – Proactive and solutions-focused mindset – Experience with CRM systems (desirable but not essential) – Current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Enrolments Officers play a critical role in shaping first impressions and supporting informed decision-making for families.
