OVERVIEW Kaplan Professional is seeking an Admissions Officer to support international student admissions processes across Adelaide, Melbourne or Perth. This permanent full-time role focuses on assessing applications, processing enrolments, advising students and education agents, and ensuring compliance with Australian education regulations. The position suits professionals with experience in international education who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Assess and process international student applications, amendments and offers within agreed service levels. – Prepare Offer Letters and process Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs) through PRISMS. – Maintain accurate student records within the student management system. – Respond professionally to enquiries from students, education agents and internal stakeholders via phone, email and other communication channels. – Provide advice regarding admission requirements, program information, policies and procedures. – Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Governance and Academic teams to support admissions processes. – Generate reports and maintain accurate admissions data. – Ensure compliance with ESOS legislation, National Code requirements, PRISMS and Kaplan policies and procedures. – Contribute to a collaborative workplace focused on continuous improvement, customer service excellence and student success. REQUIREMENTS – Experience processing international student applications within an education institution. – Understanding of the Australian international education sector, admissions processes and relevant legislation. – Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with students, agents and internal stakeholders. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Exceptional attention to detail. – Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. – Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and student management systems. – Ability to work independently and contribute positively within a team environment. – Proactive and adaptable approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and service delivery.
