You will deliver coordinated, relational support across the student lifecycle, engaging students at key transition points including commencement, pre-census, assessment periods, and placement. Through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement, the position supports students to identify and address barriers to participation, build confidence in navigating the university, and connect with appropriate academic and professional services. Total remuneration valued to $112,625 – $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 – $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks’ salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
