Provide proactive, personalised case management and support to equity students ACU offers 17% employer superannuation, salary packaging and generous leave provisions Full time, fixed term (2 years) role based at our Melbourne or North Sydney campus with some hybrid flexibility About the role: As the Student Care and Success Advisor, you’ll provide proactive, personalised case management and support to equity students, acting as a consistent point of contact to assist students in navigating university systems, accessing support and achieving academic success. You will deliver coordinated, relational support across the student lifecycle, engaging students at key transition points including commencement, pre-census, assessment periods, and placement. Through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement, the position supports students to identify and address barriers to participation, build confidence in navigating the university, and connect with appropriate academic and professional services. Total remuneration valued to $112,625 – $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 – $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks’ salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
