OVERVIEW This part-time Operations – Student Testing role at AEAS supports the delivery of assessment services for international students applying to Australian and international schools. The position is office-based in South Melbourne and focuses on highly structured operational tasks requiring strong accuracy. You will work within a small, collaborative team to ensure that each student test is administered and recorded correctly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Process student test registrations and maintain accurate records – Respond to enquiries from parents, education agents and schools – Support testing schedules and operational workflows – Allocate and track test materials – Communicate with test administrators and test venues across Australia and internationally – Assist with the distribution of student assessment reports REQUIREMENTS – Exceptional attention to detail, with accuracy as a critical requirement – At least five years’ experience in administration, operations or a similar role – Professional level written and spoken English communication skills – Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities – Experience maintaining accurate records and working with databases or business systems – Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment – A relevant tertiary qualification WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS AEAS plays a key role in providing trusted assessment services that inform school admissions decisions for international students.
