OVERVIEW The Enrolment Centre Officer role at ChemCert Training Group is a frontline administrative and customer service position within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Based at the Chatswood head office in Sydney, this full-time role supports student enrolments and client enquiries across Australia. It suits professionals with experience in customer service or call centre environments who are interested in education and training administration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Entering customer information into the student database and enrolling students – Acting as the first point of contact for students and clients via inbound calls – Providing high levels of customer service to students and clients – Taking enrolment bookings and processing payments – Answering enquiries about courses offered by the organisation – Responding to and managing email enquiries REQUIREMENTS – 2โ3 yearsโ experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within an RTO environment – Experience using JobReady or a similar Student Management System (highly regarded but not essential) – Understanding of ASQA compliance requirements (highly regarded but not essential) – High level of customer service skills – Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve disputes – Proficiency in Microsoft applications – High attention to detail – Willingness to learn and grow within the role – Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Enrolment Centre Officers play a critical role in ensuring students can access training efficiently and accurately.
