OVERVIEW The International Student Recruitment Coordinator role at Care Plus Training Pty Ltd, trading as Nurse Training Australia (NTA), supports the expansion of international student enrolments within a regulated Australian vocational education provider. Based in Burwood, Sydney, this position works closely with the Directors and contributes to recruitment, marketing, and student engagement activities. The role is suited to professionals who enjoy relationship-building, coordinated marketing efforts, and student-facing work in an international education context. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Coordinate international student recruitment activities, including responding to enquiries and supporting student conversion processes. – Build and maintain relationships with education agents, referral partners, and prospective students. – Support digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and promotional initiatives across online and in-person channels. – Assist with website updates and maintenance, ensuring marketing and course information remains accurate and up to date. – Develop and coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and student engagement content aligned with organisational branding and objectives. REQUIREMENTS – Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, or marketing within the education sector. – Experience working within a university, CRICOS provider, education agency, or international student recruitment environment. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to build and maintain relationships with students and external stakeholders. – Strong organisational and administrative skills. – Experience with digital marketing, social media platforms, and basic website content management. – Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing organisation.
