Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Recruitment Manager to join our organization in Perth, Australia. In this pivotal role, you will lead our student recruitment initiatives, develop strategic enrollment campaigns, and build meaningful relationships with prospective students. You will be responsible for driving enrollment growth while maintaining the highest standards of student engagement and institutional representation. Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies aligned with organizational enrollment goals and market opportunities in the Perth region Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational agents, and school partners Organize and coordinate recruitment events, campus tours, information sessions, and student engagement programs Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements Manage recruitment budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic departments to ensure consistent messaging and seamless student onboarding Stay current with higher education trends, competitive landscape, and evolving student recruitment best practices Represent the organization professionally at recruitment fairs, community events, and educational forums Qualifications Proven experience in student recruitment, enrollment management, or higher education marketing (minimum 3-5 years) Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that drive enrollment growth Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Proficiency with CRM systems, recruitment platforms, and data analysis tools Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Knowledge of the Australian higher education sector and Perth’s student recruitment market Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proficiency in budget management and financial planning Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders Additional Information Why join AE Now is the perfect time to join Acknowledge Education.
