OVERVIEW The Student Recruitment Officer role at Australian Pacific College focuses on growing international student enrolments through strong partner relationships and direct engagement with prospective students. Based primarily in Melbourne, this full-time position blends office-based collaboration with external meetings and events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Drive new course enrolments through established and emerging recruitment partner networks. – Proactively engage, support, and manage recruitment partners throughout the recruitment process. – Engage with prospective students across the full student lifecycle, from enquiry through enrolment and course completion. – Build and maintain strong B2C and B2B relationships to support recruitment outcomes. – Participate in in-office collaboration, external stakeholder meetings, and recruitment-related events. REQUIREMENTS – Minimum of 12 months’ experience in international student recruitment or a relevant sales role. – Proven ability to nurture time-sensitive leads through to enrolment and course completion. – Demonstrated experience building successful B2C and B2B relationships. – Ability to adapt communication approaches and education products to current market trends. – Strong digital literacy, including the ability to navigate and embrace modern AI tools and platforms. – Fluency in a second language, with Japanese, Korean, or Thai highly regarded.
