OVERVIEW Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a full-time Qualification Pathway Partner based in Murarrie, Brisbane QLD. This role supports the delivery of funded education and qualification pathways program initiatives, including the ECT Upskill Program and the Queensland Qualification Pathways Program. The position focuses on program administration, stakeholder communication, cohort tracking, and compliance activities across multiple concurrent programs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to support efficient delivery and maintain accurate reporting and administrative processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide administrative support to the Qualification Pathways team for current and upcoming program delivery – Administer funded education program activities and related funding agreements – Coordinate multiple concurrent pathways and qualification program activities – Review participant documentation and verify compliance against established criteria – Review and interpret academic transcripts and qualification documentation from RTO and higher education providers – Verify participant eligibility and program requirements – Maintain accurate cohort tracking and program records – Monitor program milestones and support onboarding activities – Manage end-to-end administrative requirements across grants and funding agreements – Respond to emails and enquiries in a timely manner – Support student and stakeholder communication – Update systems and maintain accurate records – Maintain awareness of grant guidelines and support compliance activities – Apply knowledge of program requirements to ensure accurate administration and compliance – Support effective working relationships within the Qualification Pathways team – Assist with maintaining effective partnerships through timely communication and updates REQUIREMENTS – Certificate III or higher qualification in Business Administration, Education, or a related field desirable – Knowledge of training contracts, RTO processes, and compliance frameworks – Experience in administrative support and program coordination – Strong written and verbal communication skills – High attention to detail and accuracy – Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines – Ability to work across a high-volume environment with competing priorities – Valid working with children check or ability to obtain one WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This role contributes to the delivery of education pathways and qualification opportunities that support workforce development and learning outcomes for children and families.
