OVERVIEW Rise Education and Training is seeking a full-time RTO Administrator based in Woolloongabba, Brisbane. The organisation delivers a broad range of training programs and is looking for an experienced administrator to support office operations, compliance, student engagement, and business growth. Candidates with a background in Early Childhood Education are preferred, particularly those able to support enrolment and training functions within a Registered Training Organisation environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Maintain consistent operational compliance across the RTO – Support continuous improvement initiatives and workflow efficiencies – Assist with office administration and provide operational support where needed – Oversee and grow the organisation’s social media presence – Manage student management systems including aXcelerate, website updates, and data integrity – Support improvements in business systems and operational processes – Maintain quality service for students, schools, and other stakeholders – Identify and develop commercial opportunities for accredited and non-accredited training courses – Ensure training and assessment activities meet ASQA standards and department funding requirements – Mentor students throughout their study journey – Deliver Zoom sessions as required – Review, maintain, and validate training packages – Represent the organisation professionally and contribute to brand growth and reputation – Build and maintain industry and school relationships – Participate in regular professional development activities REQUIREMENTS – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) or relevant educational/business qualification desirable – Background working in an RTO, TAFE, higher education provider, or large educational organisation highly desirable – Experience using online learning platforms such as aXcelerate – Advanced computing skills including aXcelerate system management, AVETMISS data reporting, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PDF systems – Sound knowledge of the 2025 Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) – Strong communication, organisational, and student-centred skills – Highly developed written, oral, and digital literacy skills – Proactive and solution-focused approach – Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team – Ability to network and establish industry and school relationships – Strong connection with community marketing and student event management – Ability to deliver Zoom sessions – Genuine interest in helping others succeed – Current First Aid Certificate – Current Positive Notice Blue Card – Current Driver’s Licence and ability to travel – Ability to work across office and Queensland-based locations – Willingness to complete pre-employment checks including Working with Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS screening WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS RTO administrators play an important role in maintaining compliance, supporting student success, and ensuring training organisations operate effectively within regulatory standards.
