EnglishWise Global , a leading ELICOS college, is looking for experienced staff specializing in East Asian markets —with a primary focus on countries such as Japan and Korea —to join our growing international recruitment team in our Melbourne office. Your role will be to build strong relationships with onshore and offshore education agents, develop market-specific strategies, and recruit quality students for our English language programs. Key Responsibilities Recruit students by liaising with education agents (both onshore & offshore). Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with agents, partner institutions, and businesses across Southeast Asia. Serve as the primary contact for agents and prospective students in targeted Southeast Asian regions. Assist the Director/PEO in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional events tailored to the diverse Southeast Asian landscape. Plan and execute international and interstate recruitment trips , attending education fairs and exhibitions in the region. Collaborate with the marketing team to create culturally relevant materials (brochures, flyers, social media content, etc.) for platforms popular in SE Asia. Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic pricing to boost enrolments. Achieve recruitment targets consistently for your assigned regions. Requirements Experience: Proven track record in student recruitment or marketing ( 2+ years experience required ). Language: Fluent in Korean or Japanese Sector Knowledge: Previous experience in the education sector (ELICOS, VET, or higher education preferred). Skills: Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Attributes: High level of motivation, deep cultural awareness of the Asian business landscape , and ability to work under pressure.
