OVERVIEW Navitas Pty Limited is seeking an Admissions Officer based in Brisbane, QLD to support domestic student admissions and enrolment processes within the Careers & Industry Division. The role focuses on accurate application assessment, enrolment processing, CRM record management, and collaboration with recruitment, academic, and student engagement teams. This position contributes to supporting enrolment targets while ensuring compliance with reporting and admissions procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Manage and maintain student records and reporting within Salesforce and Navigate systems. – Process student applications through Salesforce while ensuring timely offers and accurate reporting in line with service level agreements. – Collect, organise, and verify student documents required for enrolment. – Complete end-to-end enrolment processes, including issuing Confirmations of Enrolment. – Communicate effectively via email with prospective students, recruitment teams, and internal stakeholders. – Assess domestic student applications and review supporting documentation thoroughly. – Conduct additional investigations where necessary to support accurate admissions decisions. – Collaborate with sales, academic, and student engagement teams to support genuine offers and confirmed enrolments. – Oversee day-to-day Tertiary Admissions Centre tasks including parameter setting, course administration, offer administration, marketing updates, website updates, and auditing. – Perform additional administrative duties as requested by the business. REQUIREMENTS – Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or administration, preferably within the higher education sector. – Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and student databases. – Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document verification. – Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students and internal stakeholders. – Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex admissions cases. – Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate effective self-leadership.
