The Glennie School, located in Toowoomba, Queensland, is an Anglican day and boarding school for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding for students from Year 5. Position Summary The Enrolments Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Registrar, assisting with all aspects of the enrolment journey from enquiry through to onboarding. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate enrolment data, coordinating communications, supporting domestic and international enrolments, and delivering a professional and welcoming experience for prospective families. Working collaboratively across the School, the Enrolments Assistant contributes to the achievement of enrolment and engagement objectives while upholding the values and reputation of The Glennie School. This is a part time position based on 30hrs per week. Key Accountabilities Provide support to the Registrar to promptly respond to enrolment enquiries where required. Maintain the enrolment and enquiry database to ensure this is accurate and up to date with all relevant information captured. Conduct School tours as required. Generate admission files, letters and communications as directed. Coordinate, organise and undertake mass communications including Open Days, Scholarships and other specific enrolment campaigns to families on the database. Coordination of new student interview process and compilation of documentation to facilitate interviews. Process enrolment documentation relating to new students ensuring all information has been captured and recorded. Liaise with Boarding to facilitate temporary/casual boarding requests. Database maintenance and list generation. Coordinate and process all international enquiries and enrolments. Keeping up to date with international education legislation and Australian government policies affecting overseas students; and reviewing and updating policies as required. Liaison with international student agents and attending agent conferences and events as required. Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Principal. Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Essential: Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management abilities, with a talent for building connections. Experience in administration. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment. Ability to work autonomously, whilst also functioning as part of a successful team. A proactive approach to tasks with the ability to work cross functionally and with a diverse range of stakeholders. Enjoy working in an energetic and busy office environment. Willing to undertake a variety of tasks and upskill in new areas. Maintain a degree of flexibility in working hours from time to time as required for the position, including working outside of business hours. High level of attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in handling data and documentation. Demonstrate effective IT skills appropriate for the position with an ability to learn new systems. Demonstrate a willingness to learn.
