Position Overview Australian Sovereign College (AuSC) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Specialist to support student enrolments, business growth, and education agent partnerships across domestic and international markets. This role focuses on student recruitment, lead conversion, relationship management, and education agent support. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the college, managing recruitment pipelines, and building strong relationships with prospective students and education agents. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage student leads through social media, referrals, events, seminars, and direct outreach Contact prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face consultations Promote AuSC courses, study pathways, and student support services Guide students through the admissions and enrolment process Follow up on enquiries and maintain strong conversion rates Maintain accurate records within CRM and student management systems Work closely with admissions, compliance, and marketing teams Achieve monthly recruitment and enrolment targets Education Agent Management Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents and referral partners Support onboarding and ongoing communication with new and existing agents Provide agents with updated course information, marketing materials, and admissions guidance Monitor agent performance, student conversion rates, and lead quality Assist in coordinating agent meetings, training sessions, and promotional events Ensure all agent activities align with ESOS, CRICOS, and internal compliance requirements Identify opportunities to expand agent networks and student recruitment channels Skills & Experience Essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or customer service Ability to build and manage professional relationships Strong organisational and follow-up skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems Desirable Experience in international education or student recruitment Understanding of the Australian VET and CRICOS sector Experience working with education agents Multilingual communication skills Social media marketing and lead generation experience Personal Attributes Professional and confident communicator Target-driven and self-motivated Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Positive and proactive attitude Ethical and student-focused mindset Ability to work independently and within a team What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance incentives Career growth opportunities within the education sector Professional development and ongoing training Supportive and multicultural workplace environment Flexible work arrangements Opportunity to work with a growing education provider Qualifications Current university students and graduates are encouraged to apply Qualifications in business, marketing, education, or communication are advantageous but not essential How to Apply Interested candidates should submit: Updated Resume/CV Short Cover Letter outlining relevant experience and interest in the role Applications can be submitted through hr@ausc.edu.au
