What You’ll Be Doing Advising prospective students on courses, applications, and enrolment pathways. Managing and converting leads through our CRM (Salesforce) to meet enrolment targets. Delivering exceptional service across phone, email, online, and face to face channels. Supporting marketing and recruitment events both on campus and externally. Maintaining accurate, up to date recruitment collateral across digital and print channels. Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Using data insights to identify trends and contribute to recruitment strategy. Supporting and engaging with the ACPE Student Ambassador team. What You Bring Strong call centre and consultative sales experience with customer service. Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education sales (higher‑ed or VET highly regarded). Confidence, warmth, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded). Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation. Ability to work to KPIs and deadlines in a fast paced environment. Tech savvy mindset with confidence using digital and AI‑enhanced tools. Valid Working with Children Check and Valid NSW Driver’s License. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the role with minimal ramp‑up time. Desirable: Experience in higher education, student recruitment, student facing events.
