OVERVIEW This RTO Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position within an evolving Registered Training Organisation based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. The organisation delivers vocational education primarily through online learning and places strong emphasis on collaboration, service quality, and student experience. Working Monday to Friday during standard business hours, this role supports both learners and internal teams through high-quality administrative and customer service support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Act as the first point of contact for student and prospective student enquiries – Deliver end-to-end customer service with a commitment to excellence – Engage with students to identify their needs and provide tailored support – Accurately manage administrative data entry with strong attention to detail – Navigate and work efficiently across internal systems and digital platforms – Monitor multiple inboxes and respond to emails in a timely and helpful manner – Handle phone payments professionally and with care – Adapt quickly when priorities shift and respond to changing demands – Support trainers by managing student enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member REQUIREMENTS – Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or administration – Strong customer service skills with confidence in communicating product information – Clear and effective communication skills – High level of attention to detail in administrative tasks – Ability to think on your feet and solve problems as they arise – Confidence navigating challenging conversations with empathy and care – Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities – Comfort learning and using new systems and platforms – Proactive mindset with energy, initiative, and a self-starting approach WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS RTO administrators play a critical role in ensuring students receive timely, accurate, and supportive guidance throughout their learning journey.
