OVERVIEW Navitas Pty Limited is seeking an International Course Advisor to support international student recruitment within its Careers & Industry Division in Sydney, NSW. This phone-based role focuses on guiding prospective international students through the course selection and admissions process while delivering a student-first experience. The position involves close collaboration with recruitment, admissions, and support teams to help students make informed education decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Engage with prospective international students through phone, email, and web platforms. – Provide accurate course information, entry requirements, visa-related guidance, and details about support services. – Support students through the admissions and enrolment journey. – Manage prospective student pipelines using CRM systems. – Progress leads through the enrolment funnel. – Maintain accurate and timely records of student interactions and correspondence using Salesforce and internal systems. – Ensure all communication and actions comply with international student regulations and admissions policies. – Collaborate with International Admissions, Recruitment Managers, and campus support teams. – Contribute to enrolment targets while maintaining a student-centered approach. REQUIREMENTS – Experience in sales or customer service. – Ideally, experience in international education, outbound call centres, or high-volume enquiry handling. – Strong verbal and written communication skills. – Confident and professional phone manner. – Ability to build trust and rapport quickly. – Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. – Understanding of the international student journey. – Ability to support students from diverse cultural backgrounds. – Strong attention to detail. – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. – Positive attitude, resilience, and goal-oriented approach.
