OVERVIEW The Student Recruitment and Partnership Advisor role is a frontline, relationship-driven position within a Registered Training Organisation focused on expanding student enrolments and strengthening industry connections across South East Queensland. Based in Robina on the Gold Coast, the role combines sales, outreach, and partnership development activities. It is well suited to professionals with experience in education sales or the RTO sector who are seeking progression or a new challenge. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Establishing and nurturing relationships with local schools, employers, and the Apprentice Connect Australia Provider (ACAP) – Facilitating school-based traineeships – Proactively following up on sales leads – Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities – Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required REQUIREMENTS – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – High level of personal presentation – Strong customer service skills – Self-motivation and a drive to succeed – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – Positive can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment – Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills – Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle – Current QLD Blue Card, or ability to obtain one promptly upon appointment WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Student recruitment and partnership roles are critical to the sustainability and growth of vocational education providers.
