OVERVIEW The Team Lead, Exams and Results Central is a full-time, continuing role within the Student Experience and Success Portfolio at Adelaide University. The position focuses on leading a specialist team that delivers high-quality, student-centred exams and results services across the institution. This role suits experienced leaders who thrive in busy, collaborative environments and are motivated by work that directly supports student success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the Exams and Results team to deliver high-quality, student-centred services – Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of exams and results processes across the university – Manage the preparation of exam timetables and allocation of exam venues – Coordinate and manage the invigilator workforce – Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless exams delivery – Monitor quality, data integrity, and reporting related to exams and results – Support outcomes and focus areas for working groups and committees – Work closely with academic and professional staff, external vendors, and exam venues REQUIREMENTS – Experience leading and developing a high-performing team in a customer service administration environment – Experience coordinating complex exams and results processes, including event management, compliance, and data integrity, particularly in an exams and results context – Experience implementing process improvements and managing change – Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management – Experience in analytical problem-solving and communication WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Exams and results are critical touchpoints in the student lifecycle, directly affecting progression, completion, and overall student confidence in institutional systems.
