OVERVIEW Australian Catholic University is seeking a Data Analyst, Student Care and Success to provide analytical, reporting and data systems capability that supports student success, retention, progression and completion objectives. This full time fixed term role is offered for two years and is based at the Melbourne or North Sydney campus with some hybrid flexibility. The position focuses on developing coordinated, data-informed approaches to student support and case management, particularly for equity student cohorts supported through Needs Based Funding. The role also contributes to evaluating student success initiatives through reporting frameworks, benchmarks and analytical methodologies.
