OVERVIEW The Exams and Results Officer at The Australian National University (ANU) is a continuing, full-time administrative role within the Division of Student Administration. This position supports the delivery of examinations and results in a high-stakes tertiary assessment environment, contributing directly to the student academic experience. Working within a large and complex research university, the role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and service to students and colleagues. The Division of Student Administration plays a central role in supporting students across the full lifecycle, and this position forms part of the University’s commitment to accessible, consistent, and high-quality administrative services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide administrative support across the areas of examinations and results – Support the delivery of examinations – Provide administrative support to students – Provide advice to students and colleagues REQUIREMENTS – Experience of working in a high-stakes environment within the tertiary assessment sector – Ability to meet requirements to live and work in Australia – Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the recruitment process WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Examinations and results are critical academic milestones for students, and accurate administration in this area underpins academic integrity and student confidence.
