OVERVIEW The Coordinator, Admissions role at Bond University is a senior operational position within the Office of Future Students, responsible for ensuring a high-quality admissions experience for both domestic and international applicants. Based at the Robina campus on the Gold Coast, this full-time continuing role combines people leadership, process coordination, and stakeholder engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Oversee the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of domestic and international student applications from application through to enrolment – Coordinate and support a team of Admissions Officers, including managing daily workflows and monitoring performance – Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure outcomes align with university policies and procedures – Act as a central point of coordination between faculties, the Office of Future Students, and Student Business Services – Ensure a high-quality applicant experience throughout the admissions lifecycle – Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Admissions function – Support data reporting and planning processes related to admissions operations – Drive operational excellence within the Admissions team REQUIREMENTS – Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience in a university or similar administrative environment – Strong knowledge of university admissions processes – Understanding of domestic and international compliance and regulatory requirements – Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service – Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders – Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills – Collaborative and professional approach to work – Proven ability to interpret policies, navigate complex issues, and make sound, informed decisions – Experience leading, training, and supporting staff – Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Admissions functions are critical to shaping the composition and quality of a university’s student community.
