OVERVIEW The Student Liaison Officer role at endota Wellness College is a full-time opportunity based in Docklands, Melbourne, with an immediate start available. This position sits at the intersection of student recruitment, enrolment management, and candidate experience within a well-established Registered Training Organisation focused on beauty therapy education. As part of the wider endota group, the role supports growth and engagement within a values-driven wellness education environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Managing enrolment enquiries as the first point of contact – Converting leads into student enrolments – Conducting student interviews – Managing the full enrolment process, including VET Student Loans requirements – Maintaining accurate records and databases – Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders – Supporting recruitment initiatives and contributing to business growth REQUIREMENTS – Experience in enrolments, sales, recruitment, or customer engagement – Proven ability to meet KPIs or targets while delivering excellent service – High-level written and verbal communication skills – Strong technical capability across platforms such as Microsoft 365 and CRM systems – Initiative and an understanding of marketing or brand development – Beauty industry knowledge (desirable) – Understanding of RTO compliance and VET Student Loans (desirable) WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Student Liaison Officers play a critical role in shaping first impressions and guiding prospective students through complex enrolment decisions.
