The Opportunity You will assist students with finding suitable practical placement opportunities and developing rapport with local and potential employers and industry bodies. You will be based from our head office in Salisbury, but as we are a progressive RTO we have multiple teaching locations therefore travel to North Lakes, Ipswich, Logan, will be required as per students needs. Your responsibilities Coordinate and plan practical placements for students across a range of qualifications Building strong relationships across a variety of industries Working with potential employers to ensure smooth on-boarding of student placements Provide excellent customer service to both students and potential businesses Work with students and educate on practical placement and environment Keep informed on market trends and employer requirements Develop industry network and partnership opportunities Work collaboratively with trainers and administration staff to support positive student outcomes and course completion. Encourage student engagement, attendance, and retention through proactive communication and support strategies Support students with barriers to participation and escalate where required.
