OVERVIEW The Student Engagement Advisor role at ACAP University College in Adelaide is a front-facing position supporting students throughout their study journey. Working as part of a dedicated Student Engagement team, this role focuses on providing timely advice, guidance, and administrative support to help students succeed. ACAP is part of Navitas, a global education provider committed to transforming lives through education. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Respond to student enquiries across various service channels – Proactively engage with students through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other platforms – Complete administrative tasks and data entry with a high level of accuracy – Assist students with re-enrolments and provide course sequence advice – Liaise with academic and specialist staff to ensure students are appropriately supported – Apply institutional policies and procedures to deliver accurate and timely advice REQUIREMENTS – Demonstrated commitment to a student-first approach – Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service – Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work – Strong computer literacy, including advanced MS Office skills and ideally experience with student records systems – Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team – Flexible and adaptable working style – Experience in a tertiary education environment is desirable but not essential WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Student Engagement Advisors play a critical part in the student experience by ensuring learners feel supported, informed, and connected. This role directly contributes to student success and retention by making sure accurate advice is available at key points of the study lifecycle.
